The session was extremely well thought through and tailored to meet the needs of the curriculum and the knowledge of the students. Starting with warm up activities for the voice and body language, group activities where the students had to explore tour guide practice and group management, the students were engaged and enthusiastic from the start!

The feedback from the students was excellent and we plan to follow this up with on-site visits post Covid.
